  3. The most important pillar of our family has left for the heavenly abode, leaving behind indescribable remembrances for us. His love, affection and care of us all were unlimited. We have no words to describe all what he has meant to us. Everyone, whosoever got to know him personally, and even otherwise, will remember his wholehearted dedication for the family, the society, the friends and even the strangers. I have known him from the day he got married to my eldest sister until I last met him in Delhi on the sad occasion of the passing way of Kishori, my second sister and an icon of our family. We have walked together many walks of our lives, both in reality and virtuality. Moreover, it was always enterprising & challenging. I have learnt optimism, persistence and patience from him. We shall miss him a lot, not only the close family but also all of those who got to know him.

  16. Over the 50 years that I knew Dr Ganju, he remained unwaveringly gentle, kind, and passionately committed to helping others. His gentleness belied his extraordinary character, and everyone who knew him understands that he really did live his life on a higher level - it's only now, that I'm older, that I can fully understand how much strength it takes to live a life the way he did - a truly great man.

  17. Dr. Ganju, known affectionately as Mama Ji, was a wonderful person. He dedicated his life to Kashmiriyat and the Kashmiri people, as well as helping the poor and the weak in society. Mama Ji was inclined to help anybody, regardless of color, creed or religion. He truly was an inspiration and a true Kashmiri gentleman and was known by all to be thoughtful and principled. No matter what hurdles he faced in life he never compromised his attitudes and beliefs. May God bless his pious soul and give us enough strength to bear this loss. May God also bless his family, Anu and Pamposh, and give them strength as well.
